Ken’s background in property management reaches back to the early 1990’s. His diverse experience encompasses management of upscale properties along Chicago’s North Shore to affordable housing initiatives. As Principal of NS Management, he is an active, “hands on” manager with keen involvement in the properties of his clients. As a building owner and developer, he has directed the rehabilitation of several multi-family properties, providing affordable housing for the community.
